These terms govern your use of phantomtrace.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Crossleys Forensics ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated on the Isle of Man.

These are site usage terms only. They do not constitute a product terms of service — PhantomTrace is not currently a self-serve product. Any commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its server, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site without our express written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including the PhantomTrace name, wordmark, logo, copy, and visual design — is owned by or licensed to Crossleys Forensics and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use any trade mark, logo, or other proprietary content without our express written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior consent.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
